A casual arcade experience with roguelike RPG mechanics, The Gauntlet is an ad-free mobile game. In this game, you lead a party of 3 characters through turn-based battles against a variety of monsters on multiple dungeon floors. Creatures such as dragons, evil wizards, knights, and mages await you as you delve deeper into the dungeon. As your characters progress through the floors, they level up, acquiring new abilities and magic spells.
Visually, The Gauntlet presents a stylish lo-fi color scheme merged with classic pixel art sprites. It employs roguelike mechanics where party members' experience points are lost upon falling in the Gauntlet, but their abilities and attributes are retained.
The game offers two distinct modes catering to different player preferences: an easier mode with 50 floors tailored for casual gamers, and a more challenging mode with up to 150 floors for hardcore RPG enthusiasts. The Gauntlet aims to provide an engaging Arcade RPG experience for all players.
The Gauntlet stands out as a mini-roguelike game that delivers a seamless ad-free experience. It's worth emphasizing that there are no ads interrupting gameplay throughout the entire experience.
